Strawberry Matcha Smoothie Bowl
Recipe:
(Makes 2)
🍌 2 frozen bananas
🧊 6 frozen coconut milk cubes
🍓 2 cups frozen strawberries
🥜 1 spoonful of nut or seed butter
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🍵 2 scoops (36g) of Nova Scotia Organics Plant Protein Powder (Matcha)
🌱 Plant milk to thin
Toppings: Sliced bananas, strawberries, coconut chips and nut or seed butter
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together (if your blender doesn’t have a tamper, use a spatula to push the ingredients down into the blades) until smooth and thick. Serve immediately in 2 eco-friendly Maria Bowls, add toppings and enjoy!

🍵 2 scoops of Nova Scotia Organics Plant Protein Powder (Matcha)
🍑 Frozen sliced peaches (~7 slices)
🍌 1/2 a frozen banana
🌿 2 handfuls of spinach
💜 1 tbsp hemp hearts
🥥 Water to desired consistency (I’ve also used coconut milk & you can’t go wrong!)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender & enjoy!

Homemade Matcha Ice Cream Sweetened with Local Maple Syrup!
Canadian Olympian and World Champion tried her skills at ice cream making, and this recipe could not be any easier!
Recipe:
🥥 2 15oz cans coconut milk
🍵 2 scoops of Nova Scotia Organic Plant Protein Powder (Matcha)
🍁 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
🍨1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Use just the coconut cream and reserve the water. Blend it all up. Freeze overnight. Put in the fridge or let thaw at room temperature and enjoy this healthy and hearty frozen treat!

No-Bake Matcha Energy Balls with Medjool Dates
Recipe:
(Makes 14-16 balls)
🌿 13 large medjool dates
🌿 1 cup GF rolled oats
🌿 1/2 cup almond butter
🌿 2 scoops of Nova Scotia Organics Plant Protein Powder (Matcha)
🌿 1 tablespoon flax seeds
🌿 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
🌿 1 tablespoon chia seeds
🍫 Optional: 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Remove pits from dates and soak in hot water for 10 minutes
- Drain medjool dates from water and process in a food processor until a paste is formed.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips if using) to the food processor and process until thoroughly combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times until incorporated.
- Roll into golf ball-sized balls. Makes approximately 14-16 balls.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy as a yummy snack!
