Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, NNS Organics will gladly provide a 100% refund on all unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase. NNS Organics is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges.

In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or defective please email us immediately for a resolution at customercare@novascotiaorganics.com. Please wait for  an authorization code and shipping instructions. All approved returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a return authorization code and a copy of your invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted.

NNS Organics reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.
