Greens & Smoothies

For the past two years I have been starting my day with Nova Greens. I am 19 years old and I travel internationally as a model year-round. I have found that the Nova Greens make a huge difference in my health while I am abroad, and they ensure that I stay balanced. Working as a model can be a very demanding lifestyle, and staying healthy is challenging. The Nova Greens have kept my body in check and in shape even while I am living in new countries with unfamiliar food, air and water. I often don't have the time to eat properly and make sure I am getting all of the proper nutrients my body needs due to the demanding lifestyle, but the Greens have helped immensely. My immune system has remained strong and healthy through all of my travels. The past two years of my life have truly been dramatically different. Everything about my health, body and mind runs smoothly and in sync. My body craves nutritious foods that are good for it. My overall lifestyle and outlook has improved tremendously. My energy levels are amazing and I'm extremely active day to day. My body craves exercise, which in the past I would have considered a chore. Now I have the energy and I want to use it!

I just made a Berry Slim Smoothy Mix with coconut water and it was absolutely delicious, and 100% USDA Certified Organic. I don't have time to locate and keep all the ingredients that this shake has - chia seed, teff grain, pineapple, black currant, blueberry, banana, cranberry, raspberry, green tea extract and acerola. Now I can get this all in one mix. Very energizing - I feel the difference after three days.
