Adults (18+): 1 Tablespoon (8 g) daily. Mix with 250 ml of water or juice in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake briskly and enjoy. If you are just starting Nova Greens, begin with a 1/4 tablespoon and gradually increasing over one month to 1 tablespoon a day.

This is the best greens product on the market. I put a spoonful in my smoothie every morning and it helps reduce all my joint pain. I can tell it works because when I run out, I feel more pain in my joints. I live in Alberta, so can only get it by mail, but I would not be without it. Thanks for this great nutrient!

I've been using Nova greens for about 2 years now, and it's most certainly my preferred diet supplement regime. I have recently started my son on them as well, as I know teen boys are not eating the variety of foods they should. I feel more energized and my digestive system is happier because of the greens!

For the past two years I have been starting my day with Nova Greens. I am 19 years old and I travel internationally as a model year-round. I have found that the Nova Greens make a huge difference in my health while I am abroad, and they ensure that I stay balanced.
