This homemade Matcha Ice Cream sweetened with local maple syrup is a refreshing little twist on a classic treat. The earthy, vibrant flavour of matcha pairs beautifully with the smooth sweetness of maple syrup, creating a creamy dessert that feels both familiar and delightfully different.
It’s the kind of recipe made for slowing down and enjoying the moment—whether you’re serving a scoop after dinner or treating yourself on a sunny afternoon. With matcha and a touch of local sweetness in every bite, this is one homemade ice cream you’ll definitely want to keep in the freezer. 🍵🍁
